Seashore of Siculiana
Natural area
Siculiana (AG)
The coast of Siculiana is renowned for the clean waters and fine sands of its beaches, immersed in wild nature yet close to the centre of the town and its many services. The Siculiana Marina beach is a vast stretch of golden sand, well equipped at the southern end and more natural at the northern, near mount Stella. The clear blue waters attract many visitors during the summer. The beaches in the Torre Salsa Reserve extend for around 6 kilometres and are often the destination of sea turtles that come to lay their eggs. The beautiful Giallonardo beach is characterised by a long golden sandy shoreline, bordered by stunning gypsum cliffs, whose crystals give life to a picturesque game of light. The Pergole beach is a collection of many small sandy coves alongside the white gypsum cliffs that drop steeply to the sea.
